Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refund requests, and legally mandatory consumer rights apply to paid Diário Apícola plans.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law, including withdrawal, conformity, guarantee, or refund rights where those rights apply.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges, and access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Annual payments
Annual payments are intended as a lower-cost alternative to 12 monthly payments. Refund requests for annual payments may be submitted within the first 15 days after purchase, subject to validation of the request and without prejudice to mandatory legal rights that may apply.
EU and EEA consumer rights
If the purchaser is a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, mandatory rights under the applicable consumer law may apply, including a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts unless a legal exception applies. Any such mandatory rights prevail over this commercial policy.
How to request cancellation or a refund review
To help us identify the purchase and review the request quickly, the request should include the account email and the payment reference whenever available.
- • Use the billing management area of the account whenever the request is about stopping future renewals.
- • For refund review requests, contact suporte@abelhas.eu.
- • Include the email associated with the account and, if possible, the payment date and amount.
- • If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible and without undue delay.
What happens after cancellation
When a monthly subscription is canceled, no new renewal is charged and paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period. When an annual access is not renewed, paid access ends at the end of the paid validity period.
Taxes and price transparency
Whenever taxes are applicable, they may be added at checkout and are calculated there. The public pricing page shows the same Paddle-based pricing source used for checkout so that displayed prices remain consistent.
