Create an activity from the transcript
Turn transcribed notes into a structured record.
How to do it
- Open a recording with a completed transcript.
- Review and correct the text.
- Choose Create activity.
- Select the activity type and structure the data.
- Save.
Important notes
- The actual recording date is used as the intervention date.
- The transcript should be reviewed before creating the final record.
