Manage materials and stock
Track materials, assignments, usage, corrections, and balances from the same Materials and Management area.
How to do it
- Open Materials and Management > Costs to use the Record purchase, Consume material, or Correct stock shortcuts.
- Register the purchase when real material entered stock so the balance is updated immediately.
- Use Consume material for operational outflows and Correct stock only for adjustments or exceptions.
- Assign durable materials to an apiary or hive when that supports the operation.
- Open the Stocks section inside Materials and Management to review balances, critical materials, and recent movements.
Important notes
- Consumables and durable materials are handled differently to reduce operational noise.
- Initial stock can be created from earlier purchases and the minimum hive structure.
- The Associated plan may apply monthly movement limits.
